Resrobot DepartureBoard

Hi,

If I send this query
https://api.resrobot.se/v2/departureBoard?format=json&id=740000001&key=...

Where
id=740000001 is Stockholm Centralstation

I get a reply back which contains "BLT", "ULT", "SLT" and "JLT" which are buses, metros, trams and commuter trains if understand correctly. But GTFS 2 suggests that only "High Speed Rail Service" and "Long Distance Trains" pass through this particular stop. Matching up the entries in GTFS 2 yields the following table for stops.stop_id = 740000001

stops.stop_id stops.stop_name routes.route_short_name routes.route_long_name routes.route_type
740000001 Stockholm Centralstation SJ InterCity 102
740000001 Stockholm Centralstation SJ InterCity SJ3000 102
740000001 Stockholm Centralstation SJ Nattåg 102
740000001 Stockholm Centralstation SJ Regionaltåg 102
740000001 Stockholm Centralstation SJ Snabbtåg SJ3000 101
740000001 Stockholm Centralstation SJ Snabbtåg X2000 101
740000001 Stockholm Centralstation Snälltåget 102
740000001 Stockholm Centralstation Tågab 102
740000001 Stockholm Centralstation Vy Nattåg 102
740000001 Stockholm Centralstation 118 102

What am I missing?

Alex

  • Hi Alexander,

The ResRobot API exhibits the same behaviour as the ResRobot webapplication, which for usability reasons combines certain stations. In this case Stockholm Centralstation, T-Centralen and Stockholm City are combined when searching for journeys or departures/arrivals since they are in the same building.

You can filter any unwanted results by excluding SL or excluding the transport modes in your query.

    Regards,
