This file is not present and will not be added since there are no detailed shapes data in the systems that create this file. A shapes file would simply connect the stops with straight lines, something that also can be seen when using the ResRobot route planner (www.resrobot.se).
However, we do have GTFS Regional files which contain highly detailed shape files. In the future, GTFS Sweden 2 will be replaced by a new GTFS feed that aggregates all the regional feeds, and this feed will contain the same highly detailed shapes.

We expect that an aggregated feed of static data (not realtime) will be available at the end of 2021 for testing, and it should be complete by the summer of 2022.
