GTFS Realtime VehiclePosition accuracy

I have some questions regarding the VehiclePosition data from the GTFS Realtime (SL).
1. Do you have any information on how accurate the GPS position is (lane accurate sub 1 meter?). Do you have some specifications on the GPS units that the busses use?
2. Are the positions soft realtime? E.g. the GPS position update is similar to the time it is posted to GTFS realtime.
3. Is it possible to have a GTFS feed that is updated more frequently than the 3 seconds as mentioned in the documentation? Or do you have similar information in MQTT available which provides higher refreshrate?

- The GPS position is as accurate as the position coming from the hardware. Typically this would be a five meter radius.
- Positions are in realtime, without any added delays. The only delay present is the time it takes for a position to be sent through all the involved systems, but this should be no more than a few seconds
- Positions for SL can be fetched every other second, which is a bit higher than documented.
