If you open a new issue, please always include the exact API you're talking about, and, if applicable, include a sample request so we can check if contains the right parameters. Don't forget to remove your API keys when sharing example requests.

You are trying to access an old page which is no longer available. We'll see if we can add a redirect to the new location of that page instead. If you click on the purple block you'll get a menu where you can see your projects and keys.
Note that you currently have a project where you did not select any APIs. Edit the project to add APIs to the project, then save the project. Once that is done, you can go to the API keys tab to obtain keys.
