Was unable to set my password after account creation

Hi, created an account and received the "Återställ lösenordet" post for password setting. Entered KeePass generated very long/strong password and pushed Save in the password-set page, no information was visible if the information was stored or not. After this, tried to relogin to the site but it was saying my password was wrong. Reseted the account password few times and now account is locked. What to do?
