Several stations with same Trafikverket signature

In the NeTEx > Stops data there are cases when there are numerous stations under rikshallplats with the same Trafikverket (TRV) signature, with transport mode not only rail (also bus, other).
Could you advise if there is a preferred way to pick one of the multiple stations with the same TRV signature under the same rikshallplats number to map with Samtrafiken ticket information (provided only as rikshallplats number)?
Examples:
* rikshallplats: 740000080, TRV signature HD, Trafiklab Stops data id's: SE:050:StopPlace:73613, SE:050:StopPlace:80;
* rikshallplats: 740000008, TRV signature SK, Trafiklab Stops data id's: SE:050:StopPlace:8, SE:050:StopPlace:35362, SE:050:StopPlace:35361.

In this case you can pick the stop which is based on a Trafikverket stop. These can be identified by the presence of local-numbers and local-gids from owner 74 (Trafikverket). For example, SE:050:StopPlace:71307 contains
<KeyValue>
<Key>local-gid</Key>
<Value>74:9021074000008000</Value>
</KeyValue>
<KeyValue>
<Key>local-number</Key>
<Value>74:8</Value>
</KeyValue>
Typically, this will also be the stop with the lowest number. In this case, the station was not merged correctly between operators, but starting tomorrow the station with number 80 will contain the local stop from Trafikverket.

The 74 was something I noticed, too, because it's the UIC country code for Sweden.
Good to know that the owner is Trafikverket.
