GTFS Sverige 2

Have there been any known issues with this feed recently?
I notice that the file size has been changing quite a lot with it normally being 50-60Mb but sometimes 40Mb and occasionally less than 10Mb.
For example, looking at todays file (04/06/2025) it appears to be missing the Arlanda Express (agency_id 287) routes.

Any help appreciated.

  • Hi,

    This is a known issue, which is being investigated. For some reason, some or all traffic is dropped on some days. We're hoping for a fix next week, but can't promise anything, as this is an older GTFS feed which isn't produced in-house. Therefore we do not have a clear view on what may be causing this and when the fix will be applied.

    Do you know if there are any plans to include the Arlanda Express in the GTFS Sweden 3 Static data so I can move to the more up to date feed?

  • Hi Tim,

    The goal is to include Arlanda express in GTFS Sweden 3 as well, but this requires some additional development as their data comes directly from the Swedish transport authority. We do not have a timeline, but I'd expect this to become available in the next 12 months.

    As the Artlanda Express is missing from the Sverige 2 feed again today, do you know if there is a differentURL to get that GTFS data?
    Is it available direct from the operator?

    Unfortunately not, we get Arlanda express traffic from Trafikverket and they do not have their separate GTFS stream.

    Im really sorry for the inconvenience. The issue with Sverige 2 is still being investigated.

    The issues with GTFS Sverige 2 should now finally be fixed. Please let us know if you should still experience anything odd. Hopefully it won´t be necessary though.
