GTFS realtime for sl

Hi!

We are only getting a fraction of Vehicles for sl
https://opendata.samtrafiken.se/gtfs-rt/slVehiclePositions.pb?key

By judging of the locations only partial traffic in the 'southern parts' are included. Right now positions for 336 vehicles as opposed to over 1700 under normal circumstances.

    SL has restarted the service and it should be working normally again. They are still looking into what the cause might have been.
