Get SL Realtime 4 API

Hi Trafiklab,
For some reason I'm having a hard time getting access to the SL Real Time 4 API.
Can you send me the link where I can add the API to my existing project? I've tried via project, my API keys, license etc., i.e. all suggestions on this page: https://www.trafiklab.se/api/dokumentation/nycklar
