Establishing a Policy Lab

Apologies for contacting you slightly out of the blue. I managed to obtain your contact details via your website, and I wanted to get into contact with you to discuss matters associated with establising a policy and innovation lab.
My name is James Gleave, and I am in the process of researching to establish a Transport Policy Lab in the UK. Similar to other policy labs, the intention is to establish approaches to policy making and service delivery in the transport sector, through blending foresight, experimentation, and traditional transport planning.
To do this, I am interested in understanding from you some of the lessons learned from you on establishing a policy lab. This could be what went well, what pitfalls to look out for, or general advice. I was wondering, therefore, if it was possible for us to arrange a time to have a chat?
