API Key Upgrade

Hi there, last Saturday I requested an API Key upgrade for the GTFS Regional Realtime key. The API upgrade information on the Trafiklab website advises that applications will receive a response within one or two working days, however it has now been four working days.

I'm happy to wait, as the GTFS Regional Realtime key would offer invaluable data for my project, but I would like to ensure that I didn't make any administrative errors when applying for the key upgrade, and that my application will be processed.

If more information is needed about my project before a final decision for my request can be made, please feel free to reach out to me via email, as I will gladly assist.
